CRESSKILL, N.J. —Lois Annette Dilts, 60, of Cresskill, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at Overlook Medical Center, Summit.
She was the sister of Margaret Fleming and her husband David; aunt of David and his wife Audra, Matthew and his wife Kimberly, Andrew and his wife Emily and Erika; and great-aunt of Wyatt, Graysen, Sutton and Kaitlyn.
She was predeceased by her parents Merrill and Helen.
She was born in Englewood, to Helen (nee Schmidt) and Merrill K. Dilts of Dumont.
She spent 40 years at the Hoehne Center, Hackensack and two years at Spectrum for Living Adult Training Center, Westwood. She was very active in the Special Olympics' swimming, track and bowling events.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont. A service will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. Monday at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Hoehne Center, 301 Lodi St., Hackensack, NJ 07601 or the Spectrum for Living Adult Training Center, 81 Rivervale Road, River Vale, NJ 07675.
