Award Winning Demarest Pumper Truck Featured In Fire Apparatus Magazine

DEMAREST, N.J. — The award-winning 1977 Mack Pumper truck that the Demarest Fire Department donated to the FDNY's Family Assistance Unit was recently featured in a fire magazine.

The department bid on the truck when it went up for auction, and in the final moments of bidding, bought it with its own money for $8,500.
