CLOSTER, N.J. — A Nov. 7 fundraising dinner will be held by the Council 3679 Queen of Peace Closter Knights at Roger Troy Hall at the Church of St. Mary.
Attendees 13 years of age and older can obtain tickets for $13 each to enjoy pasta, beverages and snacks. The 6 p.m. event is B.Y.O.B.
The Knights were formed to help the sick, disabled and others in need.
Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.
The Knights of Columbus has grown from several members in one council to more than 15,100 councils and 1.9 million members throughout the United States and around the world.
