DEMAREST, N.J. -- Ten-year-old brothers Riley and Jack Renke grabbed shovels on Saturday to help their dad clear snow.
"It wasn't really heavy when we started, but now it's heavy and wet," Riley told Daily Voice early Saturday afternoon.
Despite their age, Jack said he wanted to drive the plow -- or at least be able to run the snow blower.
"He can use a shovel for now," said their dad, Steve, who owns and operates Demarest Pizza. "And spread some salt."
"It's nice that they can spend time together," said their mother, Moira Sullivan Renke.
