Jatavis Devonte Scott, 25 of Mound Bayou, MS, died at Lancaster General Hospital on March 19 not long after he was shot by Tyler Jamel Wilson, now 29 of Columbia, PA, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office announced.

Phillip Cornelius Sullivan, II, then 18 years old, driving a 2009 Lexus Sedan, struck a horse-drawn buggy, ejecting the driver, 18-year-old Andrew J. Stoltzfus of Honey Brook, before fleeing the scene, according to the police.

A woman was found with blue lips and grey skin at a Lancaster area Sunoco Gas station while a 1-year-old infant was with her, authorities say.
Kaitlyn Rebecca Wertz, 29, of Lancaster, was found laying on her back near the checkout of the gas station located at 1136 Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster, on Feb. 23, 2023, Manheim Township police explained in a release on Friday, March 3.
