Cecilia Levine

Managing Editor, New Jersey clevine@dailyvoice.com

Cecilia Levine’s career in journalism began while she was a student at Pace University (’14) pursuing psychology. While writing for the university's paper, she helped shed light on campus problems and, despite graduating with a degree in psychology, chose to pursue writing. After graduating in 2014, the West Hartford, Conn. native worked for NorthJersey.com weeklies in Essex County, where she launched a health column profiling locals battling rare and life-threatening illnesses, helped bring change to the local animal shelter and earned an NJPA award for health writing. Cecilia started off as a reporter for Daily Voice when the company launched its New Jersey pod, and has since worked her way up to becoming the Managing Editor of the pod. She has worked tirelessly to form relationships with community members and is proud to now call Bergen County "home.”
