Accused Paladins Football Coach Says Star Players Tried Killing His Son

PARAMUS, N.J. — A Paramus Catholic football coach who earlier this week was accused of getting involved in a brawl after practice says some his star players beat his son so badly that he's now in the hospital, NJ.com reports.

Coach Michael Mitchell, who denied the accusations but said he was fired from his position, is saying Penn State Commit Dorian Hardy punched his 14-year-old son Miles so hard that he was diagnosed with a concussion the night of the incident and suffered a seizure during school, the article says.

Michael Mitchell told NJ.com that Hardy tried to killing his son.
