Rochelle Park PD: Bear Mountain Trip Delayed For Pot-Toting Philly Driver

Officer Jared Shatkin was talking with Sean P. Rhein, 26, and other occupants when he smelled raw marijuana inside the car after stopping it just before 1:45 p.m., Lt. Dean Pinto said.

A search turned up the secret stash, along with a pipe and rolling papers, he said.

Rhein was processed and released pending a Municipal Court hearing on drug possession charges next week.
