Anthony Cotugno, 60, of Bloomfield amassed 1,510 violations -- split nearly evenly between the Turnpike and the Hudson bridge and tunnels, the Port Authority's Joseph Pentangelo told Daily Voice on Thursday.

Port Authority Police Officer Leonel Gonzalez stopped Cotugno's 2001 Lincoln Continental after it illegally rolled through a lower level George Washington Bridge E-ZPass lane around noon Wednesday, Pentangelo said.

A records check showed a revoked E-ZPass account -- along with the uncollected debt, he said.

Police impounded the Lincoln, processed Cotugno on charged of theft of services and toll evasion -- while also issuing him a traffic summons -- and released him pending a court hearing.
