The Diamond Fantasy store was struck for the second time in recent a little over five years when someone forced open the glass front door and made off with the watches just after 2 a.m., Police Chief David Pegg said.

Both the Bergen County Sheriff's Office and Maywood police sent K-9 units to the West Pleasant Avenue shop in the hopes of tracking a scent, to no avail.

The sheriff's Bureau of Criminal Identification was collecting evidence.

Pegg asked that anyone who might have seen something or has information that could help the investigation call his detectives at (201) 845- 8800.
