CLOSTER, N.J. -- Former New York Knick draft pick and Closter resident Michael Wright was found dead in the back seat of his luxury vehicle on Tuesday, according to several published reports.
Wright, who was selected in the second round by the Knicks in 2001, was reported missing by a roommate on Sunday. His Lexus SUV was found near East 16th Street and Avenue I in Brooklyn on Tuesday. Wright was 35 years old, NorthJersey.com reported.
Authorities are treating the investigation as a homicide, NorthJersey.com said.
