CLOSTER, N.J. -- Michael V. Stiglianese, of Closter, died on Wednesday, Dec. 14. He was 87.
He received his Bachelor and Master degrees at New York University, served in the United States Army and was Vice-President at Bankers Trust Company in New York where he worked for over 30 years. He was a dedicated parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Closter.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalie (nee Campanella); children, Susan Major and Nancy Kalmus and husband Robert; grandchildren, Alexandra, Sabrina, Kimberly, Michael, Kristin and the late Kenneth; and sister, Dorothy D’Amelio.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Closter with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale. Those who wish may make donations in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
