CRESSKILL, N.J. -- Eleanor L. Maro, of Cresskill, died on Thursday, Dec. 29. She was 79.
She is survived by her children, Laura Skrable and her husband Michael, William Maro, Peter Maro, Jr. and his wife Lynne, and Diane Spadaccini and her husband Geno; and grandchildren, Michael, Elise, Peter, Christian, Krista, Kenny, Jonathan and Juliette.
She was predeceased by her husband, Peter Daniel Maro.
Family and friends are invited to visit Monday, Jan. 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Therese RC Church Cresskill. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 are appreciated by the family.
