"I was over there trying to pay my monthly child support and these people came spilling out of the building," Hackensack's Todd Provenzano told Daily Voice.

"When they started letting people back in the building, I filed in on the Essex/Hudson side.

There I see this 3-year-old boy in bewilderment at all the firetrucks and police officers.

"He was in his dads arms and he was pointing everything out to me. Jokingly I said to him: 'Little guy, did you cause all this?'"

That's when the boy's mom looked at Provenzano and mouthed: "It was him."
