Walmart Battle Wages On For Cresskill's Tracy Morgan

ALPINE, N.J. — Walmart's insurance company has ordered Alpine's Tracy Morgan to testify under oath about a $90 million settlement on the car crash that almost killed him in 2014, the New York Post reports.

The comedian, 48, suffered a brain injury because of the New Jersey Turnpike crash, the article says.

After reaching his settlement with Walmart in May 2015, Morgan reportedly purchased a $13.9 million mansion in Alpine and was seen rolling in a Lamborghini, the NY Post says.
