Saint Therese of Lisieux Carmelite Parish will host a Thanksgiving Food Drive Monday, Nov. 21.

Residents can donate turkeys or non-perishable food items. The collection will be sorted into individualized baskets and delivered to families in need in Cresskill, Englewood and Jersey City.

Typically, this annual event collects enough food for 60 to 70 baskets for families to enjoy. But the more, the merrier.

Giving souls who don't know what to buy are welcomed to make monetary donations. All money will be used to purchase more food to complete baskets that might be lacking one or two items.

The parish is still seeking volunteers to help sort food into baskets.

Those interested in volunteering or donating should call (201) 567-2528.

Food donations will be accepted 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Monday at 220 Jefferson Ave., Cresskill.
