Joe Bernard of Demarest is joining NGL Collective, formerly NGL Media, as the chief revenue officer.

The company -- short for "New Generation Latinos" -- produces digital video content and marketing for bilingual and bicultural U.S. Latinos, Forbes says.

Bernard, a father of three, is a veteran of the advertising industry and is the former Telemundo network executive.

"NGL’s approach to the market is unique in that we use many outlets to reach the fragmented Latinx market, instead of fighting upstream to draw those millions to one particular digital location," Bernard says in his bio.

"And when we add our targeting and data capabilities, advertisers hit the mark with very little waste."

Other key players at the company include:

  • CEO/Founder David Chitel
  • COO/Co-Founder Ben Leff
  • Partner & President NGL Studios Ben DeJesus
