The River Road establishment is run by Joey DeMiglio, 24, and his father, Anthony DeMiglio. The elder DeMiglio ran Alfredo's in Fort Lee for 18 years before taking over Sanducci's in River Edge.
Joey's cousin, Dan, is also third-generation in the food industry, and he owns the famed Callahan's in Norwood.
The father-son duo have been planning the grand opening since January. They started renovations more than two weeks ago and opened on Thursday.
The state-of-the-art bar and grill features LED lighting, more than 20 bar stools, over 25 beers on tap, eight 75-inch TVs, three 12-foot projection screens.
"We really went big on bar foods," said Joey, pointing to the burgers, pizza and wings.
Section 201 also offers its own version of the "fish bowl" served in a 32-ounce mason jar.
