Burger Named To List Of Best In U.S. Comes To Closter

CLOSTER, N.J. — Iron Chef Jose Garces' speakeasy-style bar and burger joint coming to Closter Plaza was named to Zagat's list of the 30 best burgers in the United States.

Village Whiskey's "Village Burger" is a must-have, Zagat says.

The Philadelphia location, in particular, was listed for its Village burger, among the simplest — yet best — on the menu, Zagat says.

Other suggestions include duck fat fries with cheddar beer sauce, braised short ribs and the foie gras and blue cheese burger, topped with Whiskey King.
